Nursing Home located at Taman Jurong, we seek to provide long-term support, care and rehabilitation to the under-served and disadvantaged of the community at large, regardless of race or religion.
This role will be reporting to the Assistant/ Manager HR. You will be pro-actively supporting the HR Manager in planning, recruitment, on-boarding of new employees, training and development
You will be responsible for the Human Resource Management functions including but not limited to:
- Recruitment and selection (i.e Singapore Nursing Board and Work Pass processing)
- Conducting of interviews
- On-boarding and off-boarding process
- Update of staff information in HRIS
- Dormitory matters
- Preparation of HR reports
- Coordinating of performance management exercises
- Training administration
- Insurance matters
- Payrolls matters
- Staff Welfare activities
- Any other duties assigned
Job requirement
1. Possess at least a Diploma in any field
2. Experience in work pass application and renewal
3. Minimum 3 years' HR experience (experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage)
4. Meticulous and highly organised
5. Knowledge in Timesoft payroll software would be an added advantage
6. Experience in the same role in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
7. Self-driven and proactive
8. IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
9. Able to multi-task, work independently and follow through with assigned tasks
10. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
