about the job
- Lead project development, change management, and process implementation bridging business and technical domains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels across different locations and Regional Head Offices.
- Provide support and training for application systems.
- Engage with business stakeholders and regional counterparts on process optimization, performance monitoring, reporting, and solutioning.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, user acceptance testing, and training.
- Implement system enhancements, new regulations, or processes.
- Develop and disseminate new Global SOPs for relevant business processes in a timely manner.
- Analyze and map system and process workflows.
- Identify issues, gather and analyze data from diverse sources, interpret patterns and trends, provide recommendations, and deliver insightful analyses.
- Identify improvement opportunities, recommend process changes, oversee implementation, and monitor efficacy.
- Lead investigations into user-reported problems and issues.
skills and requirements needed
- Minimally Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Business, Shipping, Logistics or equiavlent.
- Minimally 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, preferably in container shipping.
- Familiarity with Business Process Management and Agile practices.
- Proactively learn and apply new technologies and methodologies to improve business processes.
- Open to job rotations for career advancement and diversified experience.
- Communicate effectively with multicultural teams through exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with effective task prioritization skills, capable of multitasking in a team environment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation using clear and concise language.
- Analytical mindset to identify areas for process improvement, ensuring efficient operations.
