Resposibilities:
- Support the Company in establishing effective investment management structures and processes.
- Ability to conduct in-house valuations, as required.
- Maintain performance reports to assess up-to-date evaluation of committed investments.
- Support Group Investments (GI) for compliance-related and risk management matters, ensuring that business processes are conducted within the company's framework and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in real estate / finance / business or related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience providing direct support to senior management team
- Possess excellent financial and business acumen, self-motivation and ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Good understanding of investment operations
