Job Description & Requirements
- Provide excellent Food & Beverage services to the guests according to the standards of the hotel
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge on products, menus and equipment
- Run a given section efficiently and smoothly;
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage served
- Possess GCE ‘N’ Level qualifications and above
- Prior experience in a similar capacity is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Service oriented
- Cheerful and pleasant personality
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
