Job Description
2 Years renewable contract. (depending on performances)
1.Reports to the Logistics Supervisor/Officer/Section Manager.
2.Store finished goods on the racking system in an organized manner.
3.Conducts visual inspection for all incoming and outgoing finished goods for the warehouse. Reports to the superiors on any defects or abnormalities found.
4.Prepare goods for shipment by:
-Scanning the serial number of the drums
-Pasting of shipping mark as per required by the customer
-Prepare the finished good by placing at the awaiting shipment area
5.Carry out loading/unloading of import/export container and truck.
6.Carry out inspection of import/export container before and after loading/loading by taking photos of container and trucks for shipment.
7.Ensure proper operation of truck, delivery of finished goods in a safe and timely manner and carry out safety checks and housekeeping for the truck.
- Carry out charging of battery for all equipment
- Refuel the diesel forklift whenever needed
- Inspect forklift prior to usage in according to the check sheet
8. Drive the truck for transfer of any materials between premise and off-site warehouses when assigned to do so.
9. Deliver finished goods to customer site by truck in a safe and orderly manner when assigned to do so.
10. Assist in the delivery and discharge of chemicals, including supporting the physical unloading and loading of chemicals at customer site, when assigned to do so.
11.Assist in collection and delivery of empty used containers from customer site back to warehouse when assigned to do so.
12.Conduct proper housekeeping at the warehouse vicinity.
13.Conduct traffic control and safety of incoming and outgoing vehicles for shipment and deliveries.
14.Drive Prime Mover to conduct, shifting, arrangement, delivery to customer of arrangement of Iso-tankers.
15.Provide assistance to production department in unloading of raw materials and containers.
16.Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.
17.Perform any other tasks as instructed by the superior.
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years working experience in Warehouse environment
- Forklift driving license
- Preferably with Class 4 driving license
- Able to communicate in simple English to liase with counterparts
- Uniform will be provided
