- Formulate marketing strategies and oversee the execution of marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Regularly visit both existing and prospective specialist doctors to cultivate strong relationships and explore new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with channel suppliers, including insurance companies and GP clinics, to establish long-lasting partnerships.
- Communicate effectively and ensure the timely implementation of marketing plans.
- Conduct research to understand the demand for existing products/services and develop corresponding plans.
- Perform competitor analysis and pricing research to stay informed about market trends.
- Identify potential customer segments in both B2C and B2B markets.
- Create and develop promotional packages to enhance product/service visibility.
- Compile comprehensive lists detailing our product offerings.
- Foster brand awareness and strategically position the brand in the market.
- Generate new business opportunities by engaging with doctors and promoting our surgery center.
