Enviably Me, the official distributor and retailer of Melissa and Ipanema footwear, is expanding its portfolio of brands and distribution channels in Singapore and Malaysia. We’re looking for a highly dynamic and agile individual who is ready to lead a high-performing team of marketeers and creatives, to see through end-to-end 360 brand marketing strategies and activities, to build our business and community of fans across both markets.
Objective
Oversee overall marketing strategy for Singapore and Malaysia markets, across all brands.
Responsibilities
Singapore and Malaysia:
- Key custodian for the entire portfolio of brands to ensure markets adhere to brands’ respective guidelines.
- Drive master regional marketing calendar and planning, and manage the necessary localisation required.
- Spearhead CRM strategy and activities to drive constant customer acquisition and increase retention.
- Oversee all marketing and creative aspects to ensure consistent O2O2O brand alignment and presentation.
- Push the boundaries to deliver new and exciting consumer and brand experiences that seamlessly blend the in-store and online worlds into one unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Manage overall marketing budget to forecast, allocate and adjust accordingly for all marketing initiatives.
- Ensure cohesive team dynamics and identify synergies between markets to increase team’s efficiency.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to influence and contribute to overall business and commercial goals.
- Meet and exceed set business goals and KPIs to drive business growth in an omni-channel, multi-brand, multi-country environment.
Singapore:
- Drive key 360 marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, such as press/ launch events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local media, influencers and KOLs.
- Oversee digital brand presentation across all online platforms such as websites and social media accounts.
- Seek out, facilitate and maintain strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Work with in-house creatives to optimise customer’s offline shopping experience, and ensure in-store brand presentation aligns with brand guidelines through purposeful visual merchandising and display methods.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and efforts, then provide actionable insights to the team.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Minimum Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute of higher learning.
- At least 5 - 8 years experience in marketing, brand management or similar role; in a fast-paced company.
- At least 2 years experience managing a team and working on a regional level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, imaginative and an eye for detail and care for work that is to be delivered.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation will be highly competitive and commensurate with experience, basic salary ranges from $6 to $10k.
