Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processing (Interview arrangement, on-boarding arrangement)
- Assist in payroll functions
- Manage employee leave record and prepare leave report if required
- Manage claims with government authorities ( CCL, Maternity, Levy Waiver, etc)
- Handle the medical claim & employee travel allowance
- Group Insurance sourcing & renewal
- Handle Work Injury Compensation case
- Organize, execute & plan for budget for employee welfare programs (company events & bonding activities)
- Conduct orientation for new staff & Worker
- Administer and process training request
- Liaise with vendors and maintain training records
- Process and Submission of CET
- Application of government training grants
- Handle employee complaints, concerns, and disputes
- Handle Man-Year (MYE) application and PA application
- Work closely with managers/superior to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies and practices
- Abreast with MOM, BCA or other government authorities initiatives and news release
- Ensure compliance of regulations with MOM, WDA and other agencies
- Manage the Staff Employee Handbook and Human Resource Manual
- Provide assistance and administrative support to any other HR project and duties as assigned
- Other duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
- Min 2 years of related working experience
- Prefer working experience in Construction field
- Full Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations
- Matured & meticulous personality and able to handle confidential matters
- Independent, resourceful and responsible
- Passionate about HR work, highly self-motivated and a team player
- Must be bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
- Willing to travel oversea
