Responsibilities
To maximize growth for the Supply Chain division, working across different industry sectors:
- The development of sector / sub-sector and product strategies, together with regions & countries
- Driving ‘growth accelerator’ projects - combining sector strategy + product development + sales
- Develop partnerships with similar teams, collaborating on industry/sector intelligence, ensuring you have an up-to-date view on industry trends
- Identify sector-specific or x-sector trends & markets to create significant opportunities, and develop concepts & pipelines, together with regions & countries
- Support the development and execution of sales strategy for an initiative, including. growth forecasts and go-to-market plans, value proposition, commercialization, sales collateral, and community building
- Provide leadership on customer engagement & consultative selling from pursuits originating from a specific growth accelerator initiative
Requirements
- Engaging with customers on research, discovery and sales
- A track record in business development
- Strong facilitation, messaging and influencing skills, at all levels
- Strategic & critical thinking
- Consulting skillset and experience
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain solutions operations
- Working with teams in a regional/global matrix environment
- Exposure to leading large, complex projects or operations
- Process orientated with consultative/collaborative approach
- Comfortable working with new and leading technologies
- Experience of working with and respecting multiple cultures
