Job duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
- Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
- Responsible for payroll processing for all employees.
- Prepare timesheets
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information.
Requirements:
- Must possess a bachelor degree in commerce or accountancy
- Must be able to work for 5.5days a week
- Must be able to communicate in English and Tamil.
- Must have relevant working experiemce atleast for 2 years.
