Job summary:
Reports to the Head of Procurement
Provide direction for sourcing strategy, policy and governance,category spend management, contract and supplier management,cross-functional stakeholders’ collaboration and procurement operations
Job scope:
You will be tasked with overseeing tenders across various spending categories throughout the procurement life cycle, including technology services, marketing services, professional services, healthcare services, facilities services, and more. Additionally, you will assist internal stakeholders in contract management to guarantee the continuity of essential services and critical supplies. Your role involves optimizing procurement requirements by harnessing overall purchasing power.
Requirements
• Min 5 years of working experience in a purchasing related role
• Project management, contract management, risk analysis and supplier selection & development skills
• Knowledge in the Government Procurement Instruction Manuals and GeBIZ
