Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations
- Deliver exceptional customer experience including managing customer enquiries
- Collect and share customer feedback and insights during team meetings for analysis, planning and improvement
- Be constantly updated in products knowledge to recommend customer based on their requirements
- Ensure all product and promotional information are displayed properly
- Maintain store cleanliness by executing daily housekeeping duties
- Take ownership by demonstrating creative flair for visual merchandising to ensure optimal presentation to customers
- Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Able to work in fast pace retail environment
- Able to work on weekends and preferably public holidays
- Willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Qualification and Experience
- Minimum GCE O level/Diploma
- Fluent in both spoken and basic written English
- Experience in a retail environment is desirable
- 1 year experience in frontline customer services is an added advantage
- Previous experience with POS is an added advantage
