Job Description:
- Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.
- Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.
- Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals, maintenance tools and equipment.
- Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
