Job Description
- To provide administrative support for the organization's registry digitization project expected to take place over 3 years
- To coordinate timeline with vendor to complete digitisation of physical organization's records (As there will be packing and transfer of physical files, the incumbent must be able to physically carry some load.)
- The incumbent will need to work in organization’s physical registry daily for this role
- Be familiar with organization registry and attend to requests from staff who require to draw out files
- To assist the department with other workplace administration roles as required
What are we looking for
- GCE ‘O’ levels and above
- Able to use computer for emails, basic Microsoft skills
- Able to handle and manage physical records and coordinate between external vendor and internal stakeholders
- Good communication skills
- Independent
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in work arrangement
- This is a 6 to 7 month contract role
