Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 10.00pm – 7.00pm
Saturday or Sunday: 9.30am – 1.30pm
Weekly working hours: 44 hours
Weekly off: 1.5 days
Job Duty
· Assist sales team
· Assist in relationship management
· In charge of digital marketing
· Create content and run company’s social media account
· Maintain company’s website and update its content
· Design posters and advertisements
· Assist in marketing events and outing (e.g. Seminar, talk, presentation etc.)

Job Requirement
· O Level certificate or equivalent or higher
· Highly responsive, responsible, and earnest
· Able to work with all stake holders, both independently and in team environment
· Understanding Chinese clients’ needs
· Communication after working hours is required
· Eager and capable to learn, and able to take feedback positively
· IT savvy, creative, and love for digital marketing
· Patient and love to communicate with people
Preferred background (any of the following)
· Proficient in both Chines and English
· Experienced in live streaming
· Academic qualification that is relevant to the marketing post (eg. Digital marketing, design, Media etc)
· Having experience in sunning social network account or media platform (eg. Xiao Hongshu, WeChat channel/official account, Weibo, Instagram etc)
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, photo and/or video editing apps
· Having Singapore primary and/or secondary education experience
· Proficient in English and Chinese reading and writing
· Understand Chinese culture, Chinese clients’ preference, and Chinese students’ needs
