We are working with a global investment banking client to hire a Fund Administration (Operations Analyst) to join their Investment Operations arm on a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Funds administration and processing for the distribution of offshore funds across APAC primarily in SG and HK
- Work closely with the transger agency for all operational queries including account opening, issues pertaining to instructions or transactions
- Fund reporting tasks/BAU
- Dissemination of information and notifications to relevant stakeholders and parties
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience within fund administration or investment management operations
- Good understanding of the fund business lifecycle
