About The Role

Kerry Consulting is working with a global organisation known for its prominence in the private equity space. This organisation is a renowned player in the sector and is currently seeking for a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to join their dynamic team.


Responsibility

You will be primarily responsible for handling the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, organising board meetings, assisting in registration, maintenance of legal entities and statutory registers, administrative matters such as preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions. You will also collaborate with teams across different jurisdictions, facilitate document legalization processes, support portfolio company legal departments, and assist with various tasks, including KYC requests and coordination of board meetings.


Requirements

Ideally, you should have at least 4 years of experience gained as a corporate secretary from either a service provider or an inhouse organisation. ICSA Qualification is ideal. Knowledgeable in statutory requirements of the Companies Act and other government legislative will be highly regarded. You are also someone who is able to communicate and write well given the minute taking component of this role.
