We are seeking a capable Recruitment Consultant/ Business Development Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business through business development and initiating different sales and marketing approaches
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to contribute valuable insights to the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor's Degree.
- Min 8 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management.
- Passion for sales and relates well with people at all levels.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Comfortable communicating on the phone, and performing business development work.
- Love to persuade and sell, and to work with people of different backgrounds.
- Achievement-driven; has the determination to complete planned tasks; curiosity in learning new things
