We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Regional Product Manager to lead the growth and adoption of our Hand Labeller solutions in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia (MEA) region. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan for this region and driving its successful execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across subsidiaries, the head office in Japan, and external partners to ensure the product meets the needs of our diverse customer base and delivers exceptional value.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for the Hand Labeller business in the MEA region, considering the needs of both local and global markets.
- Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop a regional go-to-market plan aligned with global strategies.
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on market needs, business objectives, and feedback from subsidiaries and headquarters.
- Collaborate with Japan and regional product teams to ensure the product meets the specific requirements of the MEA market.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners and distributors in the region, cultivating strong connections across subsidiaries and the head office.
- Develop and deliver product training and support programs for partners and customers.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor offerings, and stay ahead of the curve by leveraging insights from various stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on product performance to regional and global leadership.
Qualifications:
- Min. 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Auto-Identification or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products in international markets.
- Deep understanding of the Hand Labeller business and its applications in various industries.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proficient in English; fluency in Japanese is a strong plus for effective communication with the head office and collaborating across subsidiaries.
