Job Description

Birmingham Academy is aggressively expanding and we are seeking a responsibleStudent Recruitment Executive to join our private learning institution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting both local and international students and providing exceptional aftersales services.


Responsibilities:

  1. Student Recruitment: Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and recruit local and international students for our diploma and higher courses.
  2. Lead Generation: Develop and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, educational consultants, and partner institutions to generate leads and referrals.
  3. Admissions Process: Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including conducting consultations, providing accurate course information, and assisting with application procedures.
  4. Conversion Management: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and efficiently, addressing any concerns or queries to convert them into enrolled students.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational agents, schools, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance student recruitment efforts.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in student recruitment strategies.
  7. Assist in the processing of course applications according to EduTrust Guideline.
  8. Manage Chinese parents/students enquiries and conduct pre-course couselling in Mandrain.
  9. Perform any other responsibility assigned by the reporting manager and the management team.


Requirement:

  • Minimumly Diploma or equivalent with 1 sales experience;
  • Experience in student recruitment will only be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly efficient, able to multi-task and accurate in data entry
  • Professional, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast environment

Remuneration:

Basic + Commission
