Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to handle HR transactions.
- Assist in implementing HR strategy and executing supporting programs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campus recruitment, partnering with universities and colleges to attract and select talent for internships and entry-level positions.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as the digitization of HR processes, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation.
Requirements:
- A good degree in Business Management or Human Resource, with relevant HR experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on supporting business units and managing campus recruitment programs
- Successful experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to offer, while managing multiple stakeholders at different stages.
