JOB DESCRIPTION
The Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations organization partners with our Cloud business organization in developing go-to-market strategies, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives that will result in step change growth for the business.
As the Strategy and Operations Lead for Industry and Technology Solutions, you will work closely with a team of deep industry and technology specialists to successfully drive campaigns that will increase the productivity of our sales teams. You will regularly brief executives and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordinated execution of various initiatives.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the packaging, readiness and execution of programmatic solution campaigns, by engaging the Industry and Horizontal Technology specialists, communicating and reviewing results periodically.
- Orchestrate a broad range of activities from prioritizing solutions, building campaign bill of materials, and tracking methodology. Activate field sales teams through awareness and enablement activities.
- Drive demand generation board reviews, consulting with leadership on pipeline and business trends, with a view to build an action plan through the portfolio of available solutions.
- Identify best practices regarding programs, processes and tools and share across countries and segments.
- Manage quarterly demand generation plans, campaign and programs execution and tracking, communication actions and review of results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in enterprise Go-To-Market in Sales, Sales Engineering, Operations, or Customer Success with B2B Enterprise Technical Go-To-Market.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience partnering with sales and pre-sales leadership, business development, and regional sales operations to develop an overall plan for each quarter.
- Experience running technology-based solution programs with enterprise technology sales teams and overseeing change in organizations.
- Experience managing business reviews at multiple levels up to executive audience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience driving initiatives based on data.
- Experience owning and managing multiple complex initiatives.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and balance multiple priorities, manage time effectively, and navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to consistently generate and follow through on new ideas in a business organization through a systematic and repeatable approach.
