Job Description:
We are hiring for a versatile team member who will take on a multifaceted role. This dynamic position involves being at the forefront of ensuring positive customer experiences, acting as a liaison between the company and clients, managing end-to-end project implementation at client sites, and playing a crucial role in advocating for client needs within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, project experience, and a customer-focused mindset.
· Act as the primary point of contact to monitor and communicate project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.
· Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to formulate detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
· Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform while updating user manuals and tailoring training to meet specific client needs.
· Support end-to-end implementation of our solutions at client sites.
· Proactively address potential issues, providing continuous assistance to clients throughout the rollout phase and subsequent operational period.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring the achievement of desired outcomes with our product and service.
· Effectively communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
· Represent the voice of the customer within the company, conveying feedback to the product development team and advocating for new features or improvements based on client needs.
· Monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
· Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn.
· Conduct reviews to gather feedback from clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities for process improvements and lessons learned.
· Facilitate training sessions for clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our products and optimizing their utilization.
Requirements
· Dynamic and customer-centric individual
· Proven experience in a customer-facing role, as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, System Implementation or Project Manager
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Familiarity with construction sector is a plus.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
· Adept at project management and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
