Academia is seeking a passionate and dedicated Marking and Feedback Associate to join either our team. This is an opportunity for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners. The Marking and Feedback role is a non-teaching role focused on grading and providing in-depth feedback on student work. Associates will be trained on educational and instructional frameworks, and how to use our structured instructional materials and assessments to evaluate student progress. As this is a non-teaching role, scheduled working hours will be on weekdays - associates will not be expected to work on weekends.

Responsibilities
- Review student work and provide in-depth feedback and mark-ups
- Assist teachers in creating educational evaluations for both students and parents to provide advice and guidance, while building trust and rapport
- Provide curriculum feedback to help the curriculum team develop engaging educational content
Profile and background
- A high degree of proficiency with the English language is required.
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Humanities or Social Sciences are invited to apply. A degree related to English or English Literature is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, to work as part of a team.
- Interest in current trends in English language education, and a strong willingness to learn.
