Job description:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of quotation and invoicing management processes for OEMServices.
- Lead meetings with the airline customers and other cross functional teams with focus on, but not limited to, outstanding quotation payments, technical disputes, and over and above costs.
- Deliver presentations and effectively articulate facts and figures and broaden business topics to various stakeholders including senior management team.
- Manage the repair quotation process: Responsible for guiding, managing, and training the Supply Chain team to ensure efficient review of repair quotations, customer invoicing and supplier payments.
- Monitoring of KPIs, generate monthly reports of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively.
- Analyze current approaches to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflows and cost related to aircraft component repairs.
- This role requires partnership and collaboration with Technical and Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations Finance, and Account Management functions across a varied cross-matrix organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, or other related business domains, or certified professional in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years of Engineering or Procurement and Supply Chain experience in similar capacity. Ideally with industry exposure to aircraft component repairs and aircraft MRO.
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to speak French is an added advantage.
