Job Descriptions:
Accounts
- Support duties related to accounts receivable functions
- Taking customers orders and inputing sales orders and invoices into the system
- Keep track of outstanding invoice & follow up for payment
- Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
- Assist in month-end closing bank recon & expenses reports
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Any ad-hoc duties will be assigned as needed.
Customer Service
- Attend to customers who call-in with enquires and request for quotations, or directing them to the appropriate sales person
- Assist sales persons to prepare quotations for customers
- Provide delivery status or updates of customers’ orders, coordinate changes if necessary
- Update changes in customers’ information
- Update inventory records, customers’ sales records and price change information
- Coordinate with store for collection and delivery of goods
- Perform any other Ad Hoc projects and assignments as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans and PR Only.
- Proficiency in Tamil is an advantage.
Other Information’s:
- Salary: $2,200 - $2,700 per month
- 5.5 days’ work week (alternate Saturdays)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
