Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for smooth daily operations
- Supporting Business Development Managers with their sales projects
- Providing RFQ
- Shipping co-ordination of AIR/SEA/Cross Border /3RD PARTY shipments
- Billing advice and recoveries
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma
- Min. 1 of experience in Sales Administration
- Fluent in Chinese to liaise with foreign stakeholders and counterparts
- Adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines
