Craft Brewery looking for a meticulous and highly-organised individual to support its Founder.
The Role
- Work directly with the Founder on matters important to the business and free up the Founder’s time for other matters important to the business
- Support the Founder on projects and initiatives: including research, gathering data, basic data analysis and drafting of reports and presentations
- Handle scheduling of shifts for on-premise and off-premise part-time staff
- Source for part-time staff for on-premise and off-premise operations and perform first-level screening
- Prepare monthly and periodic reports for management
- Prepare monthly and periodic reports for external stakeholders
- Manage the Founder’s calendar and ensure that important deadlines are complied with
- Handle basic book-keeping of expenses and claims
- Prepare invoices for trade accounts and follow up with trade accounts on outstanding payments
Skills and Prerequisites
- Diploma in Business Administration
- At least 2 years working as a personal assistant supporting senior executives.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Discreet: able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Meticulous: an eye for detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
- Resourceful: able to source for solutions to problems
- Organised: able to plan and deal with tasks systematically
- Self-driven: takes initiative and able to work with minimal supervision

Pink Blossoms Brewing poured its first pint to the public on 31 Aug 2018. Since then, it has been known for brewing some of the most delicious beers in Singapore.
