Job Description:
The Administrative + Personal Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to support the daily operations and personal tasks of the employer. This role requires exceptional time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, and preparing documents for review.
- Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for the employer, managing emails, phone calls, and mail. Ensure that all communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Personal Errands: Assist with personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, planning personal events, managing household staff, and running errands.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure that all travel plans are well-organized and meet the employer’s needs.
- Project Management: Oversee personal projects or business projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Adhoc Admin Jobs: Other MISC admin jobs related to sales & digital marketing
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the employer, including availability outside of standard business hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
