Responsibilities:
- Create a growth strategy that prioritises both monetary gain and client delight.
- To find new markets and client demands, conduct research.
- Set up meetings for business with potential customers.
- Promote the business's goods and services by anticipating or answering the goals of customers.
- Draught sales contracts while making sure they follow the legal requirements.
- Maintain records of your purchases, income, bills, etc.
- Give dependable comments and post-purchase assistance.
- Create enduring connections with both current and potential clients.
- Train entry-level employees to become valuable salespeople
- Creating and making sure that the development team's and the company's growth objectives are realised.
- Staff training and skill development support for teammates.
- Identifying, expanding, and increasing sales in new markets.
- Carry out any additional tasks that the director assigns you.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering, Technology or relevant field
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in electronics industry
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficient in English and Mandarin; both spoken & business writing (to liaise with Chinese counterparts)
- Market knowledge in interface devices and smart IoT systems
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to work outside regular office operating hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
