Responsibilities
- Lead marketing team and drive initiatives for brand building and sales
- Develop and coordinate regional ATL & BTL marketing strategies, annual marketing campaigns, and promotional activities from concept development, logistics arrangement to post-campaign and ROI evaluation.
- Work closely with Japanese headquarter, internal and external parties in execution of marketing projects.
- Explore and solicit strategic joint promotion partners that help to expand customer base and increase sales revenue
- Consolidation of analysis and reports, monitor expenses as per budget assigned.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- University graduate in Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
- 6+ years in the Marketing team management. Experience in fashion retail industry/agencies will be an advantage
- Independent, creative, responsible, resourceful with strong marketing and business sense, and proven ability in stakeholders’ management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese, with strong presentation skills
- Japanese proficiency is an advantage
