- Checking internal approval documents
- Arrangement of internal meetings
- Corporate communication, public relations
- Subsidiary companies related matters
- Company regulations related matters
- Handling various contracts and related documentation and accounting
- Input of accounting slips/ settlement of bunker hedge contracts
- Ad hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements :
- Minimum Degree from related fields (Accountancy/Business/Ecomomy)
- At least 2 years’ corporate working experience.
- Job experience for planning, internal audit, and subsidiary management is preferred.
