Job Description: We are in search of an exceptional Instructional Designer who not only excels in creating high-quality corporate training materials at a rapid pace but also possesses strong client management skills. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of swift execution, creative innovation, and a thorough understanding of adult learning principles. This multifaceted role requires an individual who can effectively balance creativity with efficiency, deliver engaging and impactful training programs, and maintain positive, productive relationships with clients. The ability to manage client expectations, communicate effectively, and adapt to feedback is essential in ensuring that our training solutions meet and exceed client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly develop and iterate on engaging and effective training materials and courses.
- Collaborate with experts to assess training needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Utilize and adapt various instructional design theories and methods for maximum effectiveness.
- Create diverse media materials (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games).
- Efficiently manage and document all phases of project development.
- Experience with e-learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly in a fast-paced or corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proficiency in authoring tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline).
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective script and instructional writing.
