Sales Admin/ Logistic coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process orders, issuing job orders to vendors and diligently overseeing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics, preparing essential documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and job orders to facilitate smooth delivery processes.
  • Monitor customer payments and facilitate prompt payments to vendors to ensure a seamless financial workflow.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations,.
  • Proficient in incoterms, contract administration, and international trade procedures, including import/export documentation and letters of credit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered advantageous.
