Job Scope

  • Support Sales in overall negotiation to ensure Client timely commitment to renew their subscription
  • Maintain Renewal records
  • Ensure renewals are done on time
  • Manage customer-sales-related issues, and customer product/service requests.
  • Handle Sales Admin operations.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Meticulous and ability to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and also as a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and PowerPoint with basic IT skills/knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
