Admin Executive

St Logistics Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Database updating, dispatch of mails/documents, and managing of corporate complimentary passes.
  • Sorting and filing of documents.
  • Processing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Good Receipt and submission of invoices and claims for general procurement documents for corporate office.
  • Managing of stationary supplies & pantry items for corporate office.
  • Consolidating and tabulating monthly telco bills, cab charges & franking postages.
  • Organize welfare event, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects
  • Management of employee passes
  • Sourcing for quotations/suppliers as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to commute to Tuas for work on a daily basis
