Job Responsibilities:
- Database updating, dispatch of mails/documents, and managing of corporate complimentary passes.
- Sorting and filing of documents.
- Processing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Good Receipt and submission of invoices and claims for general procurement documents for corporate office.
- Managing of stationary supplies & pantry items for corporate office.
- Consolidating and tabulating monthly telco bills, cab charges & franking postages.
- Organize welfare event, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects
- Management of employee passes
- Sourcing for quotations/suppliers as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to commute to Tuas for work on a daily basis
