VP Marketing

About the role :

You will report to the President, running the commercial organisation. You will work closely with Commercial Leaders for developing Marketing strategies in line with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the APAC marketing strategy and plan in line with company objectives in a context of global expansion.
  • Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Managing and growing a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and driving effective coordination with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Deliver acquisition marketing plans that optimize for sales and exceed projections.
  • Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product
  • Creating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segment through all channels (online/offline/social)
  • Collaborate with senior management to introduce new marketing concepts; be an active and engaged member of the executive leadership team.
  • Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.)
  • Managing the marketing budget

Minimum qualifications

  • Proven experience (+10 years) in strategic marketing leadership roles within the B2B Fintech and/or SaaS industry.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a cross regional marketing team (+10 people)
  • Direct experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, Engagement and Acquisition strategies .
  • Exceptional track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently driven revenue growth.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in Fintech and/or Payments
