Job Description:


  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Issue accurate invoicing and job production order.
  • Building sustainable customer relations to deliver optimal sales and aftersales support to our clients. Customer interaction includes online platforms messengers and live chats.
  • Managing delivery routes of drivers according to incoming orders
  • Ability to effectively work with a team.
  • Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time.
  • Staying up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services and assisting them.
  • Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application.
  • Daily Ad-hoc tasks assigned
