Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties: managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling couriers and parcels, attending to walk-in visitors and their requests, answering phone calls, reserving meeting rooms, setting up video conferences, etc.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry.
- Assist in the procurement of general office supplies, stocktaking of office supply inventories, and handling general office invoice processing.
- Support the maintenance of office facilities and equipments, liaise with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of office equipment when required.
- Responsible for travel arrangements such as flight schedules, visas and hotel bookings for all stakeholders within the organization when required.
- Assist in general administration and coordination for ad-hoc functions/events in the organization.
- Provide HR administrative support and any other assigned ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE “O” level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, cheerful and pleasant personality.
- Perform all duties assigned with a positive attitude, exercising responsible initiative and diligence.
- Bilingual with basic knowledge in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with mandarin speaking colleagues.
