Responsibilities:
- Drive and facilitate digital transformation work in the organisation
- Design and develop roadmaps and implementation plan
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from key stakeholders
- Perform comprehensive analysis to understand underlying drivers
- Apply business re-engineering or improvement tools to significantly redefine process flows
- Present compelling business case for proposed solutions
- Lead and oversee multiple inter-dependant projects throughout project lifecycles
- Manage and collaborate with stakeholders from various user groups
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to promote user adoption
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology and related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management/business analyst role
- Proficient in agile practices and project management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- This position is on contract basis
