Customer Success Manager

Work location: Changi / Loyang


  • Accountable for a customers portfolio and ensure strong customer satisfaction
  • Provide customers support from onboarding to training to escalation and service reviews
  • Build rapport with customers to meet internal scorecards
  • Conduct regular meeting with customers to align to their needs
  • Identify ways to improve customers' experience within the centre
  • Partner with Sales on renewal agreements and identify business opportunity with existing clients for service expansion

Requirement

  • Degree in Business / Marketing or relevant qualification
  • 5 years of working experience in key account management in data hub services, telecom, service offices industry
  • Good executive presence and comfortable to interact with Senior Management
  • Able to handle multi-customer accounts on a daily basis and be prepared to commit beyond office hours when need arises
  • Understand data center operations or service offices support requirement such as network, IT-servers topics, electrical / mechanical facilities needs
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Salesforce, SAP and Yardi knowledge would be preferred
  • Articulate, detail, critical thinking, engaging and resourceful
