§ Modification of P&ID as per final designed Isometrics.
§ Preparation of Bulk MTO using P&ID, Piping Material Specification and Valve Datasheet
§ Stress Analysis part using CAESAR—II including identification of stress critical lines, preparation of stress Critical Line List.
§ Stress Analysis of piping system as per ASME 31.3 thereby ensuring stresses and displacements are within Limit.
§ Flange Leakage Calculation.
§ Analyzing for Wind & Seismic load as per stress design criteria.
§ Slug force calculation.
§ Equipment Nozzle compliance with applicable API, ASME, WRC, Tank nozzle with project specific codes.
