Job Description
Our client is in the robotics and machine vision industry and is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for expanding their client base in Singapore and the ASEAN region by identifying and pursuing new sales leads.
- Manage accounts of existing customers and distributors from the region for products that have established presence.
- Identify sales leads, conduct market research, and assess customer needs for emerging businesses.
- Work with prospective clients on implementing a machine vision system for their production line.
- Gain prospective clients in the region in addition to Singapore, such as Malaysia and Vietnam.
- Go on business trips to meet distributors and customers to explore new business opportunities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirement
- At least 2-3 years of experience in machine vision.
- Self-starter who is highly motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding of the machine vision industry and the ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
