Our client is a Singapore-based subsidiary of a Japanese financial conglomerate that offers a range of solutions to support their client's business growth and development. The ideal candidate must be able to perform consolidation accounting for multiple entities.
Job Description:
- Manage and oversee financial activities for multiple entities within the organization
- Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals
- Conduct and supervise consolidation accounting for multiple entities to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with finance teams across various entities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for each entity, ensuring transparency and adherence to accounting standards
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, implementing necessary adjustments to accounting practices
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
- Hands-on experience in J-SOX and J-GAAP with international standards
- Proven experience as an Account Manager and handling multiple entities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player and proactive
