ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Operations
- Process job request and ensure that service delivery meet customer's satisfaction;
- Maintaining service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
Client Management
- Manage and service key clients;
- Clients retention and regaining lost clients.
Key Account Management
- Oversee the entire process of managing strategic accounts and ensuring successful service delivery;
- Increase sales revenue to achieve business financial objectives;
- Gain market share and stimulate profitable sales growth within specified market segments, including but not limited to activities such as planning and executing marketing campaigns and other market initiatives;
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers while establishing new relationship with prospective clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS
- Diploma in any discipline;
- Candidates with at least 2 years of experience handling agricultural products and commodities trading will have an added advantage;
- Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
- Meticulous, possess initiative and strong problem-solving skills;
- A team player, independent and self-motivated.
