Job Responsibilities:
- Handle corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, and striking-off of companies.
- Prepare directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients.
- Manage tasks such as opening bank accounts, handling changes of signatories, and other administrative matters.
- Assist in drafting and updating a database of corporate secretarial precedents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for both the company and clients.
- Draft various agreements, including Sale and Purchase Agreement, Share Transfer, Share Swap, ESOP, and others.
Job Requirements:
