AxxessBio Product Specialist Singapore

AXXESSBIO PTE LTD:

AxxessBio is a distributor of pharmaceutical products with regional headquarters in Singapore with DKSH Singapore for logistics partner.

AxxessBio partners with Pharma/Biotech companies globally to introduce innovations in Asia in the areas of speciality treatments for Haematology, Oncology, Neonatology, Rare Diseases, Metabolic Diseases and Other Speciality Therapeutics.

AxxessBio is looking to open a Product Specialist position based in Singapore.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Marketing:

· Responsible for the sales and promotion of some registered products.

  • Prepare and execute new product launches.
  • Responsible for sales planning, forecasting and driving sales strategies to exceed business goals.
  • Manage relationships with Healthcare Professionals, professional associations, key opinion leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Detail and discuss scientific and educational information with Healthcare Professionals to attain marketing objectives
  • Assist HCPs to navigate complex healthcare reimbursement policies in Singapore
  • Support Healthcare Professionals for applications for funding under RDF/ MAF/ SDL

Business Development

  • Identify areas of possible business growth within existing principals/suppliers’ base and new suppliers.
  • Continuously identify and profile key target customers and find the opportunities to drive performance.
  • Develop understanding of industry and market dynamics for new products.
  • Prepare local business plans and forecasts.

Business Compliance

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to external industry standards, guidelines, regulations associated with Ethics and Compliance

What you must have

To be successful in this role , you will have :

  • At least 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience of specialty products
  • Experience in hospital selling in the areas of Oncology / Haematology / Rare Diseases
  • Analytical and business management skills
  • Strong business judgment, demonstrated leadership skills; demonstrated experience in relationship-building across multiple functions
  • Self motivated, result-focused and a will to succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science and related disciplines such as Pharmacy and Life Sciences . Master’s Degree a plus

· TepadinaÒ for Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation,
