Job Description

· Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Sat, 8 am – 5.00 pm) [Flexi Working]
· Salary Package: Basic

Key Responsibilities
· Acquiring new customers and increasing revenue from existing accounts
· Building relationships with customers to drive profitable sales
· Meeting volume and revenue targets in Freight Forwarder sales channels
· Coordinating cross-trade business related to Singapore
· Supporting network/agent business by arranging shipments and providing information as needed
· Delivering optimal logistical solutions to customers
· Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers
· Monitoring and achieving customer KPIs
· Preparing and issuing quotes, tenders, and SOPs
· Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
· Working closely with Customer Service and Operations Controller
· Preparing weekly sales progress reports for management
- Update and provide monthly sales forecast and progress reports as and when required
· Keeping Managing Director informed on market information
Qualifications:
· At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
· Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in 3rd Party Logistics & Distribution/ Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales presentations.
· Able to start immediately or within short notice.
· Language : English, Chinese (Mandarin)
