- Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting including tax invoice, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and quarterly GST filing
- Process staff expense claims and facilitating reimbursements
- Liaise with auditors for year end audit
- Plan monthly stock-take of warehouse inventory
- Check back account transactions
- Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy in order processing and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize inventory levels and streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to align operational activities with business goals.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments and projects
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or its other equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience in bookkeeping is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Familiar with tax reporting and financial systems.
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Hands-on experience in operational tasks such as order picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional ethics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
