Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day production operations.
- Lead the production shopfloor supervisors and technicians in their daily work activities.
- Ensure production timeline schedule is met.
- Organize and manage production workflows, WIP and resources.
- Manage and control on equipment and machine preventive maintenance.
- Resolve issues and delays in production.
- Ensure that production procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
- Perform any duties as per assigned by the management.
- Ensure plant security
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 or more years’ experience in production
- Past experience in operating CNC machines tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling and turning.
- Well-versed programing of CNC machine commands at least 3 or more years’ experience
- Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading mechanical drawings and process instructions.
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work as a team.
